ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you received goods damaged in transit or an error was made by Kindle-Hart in filling the order. Within seven (7) calendar days of receipt, e-mail to Kindle-Hart at [contact@k-hcommunication.com] a brief description of the damage and/or error in filling your order, and request a return approval number. For approved returns, Kindle-Hart will pay return postage and will replace non-conforming goods.
