Sura Hart

Sura Hart has been in the field of education for 23 years, teaching elementary, junior high, and high school students in both public and private schools. She is a certified trainer for the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) and has designed and facilitated NVC trainings for students, parents, teachers, and administrators. For the last two years, Sura served as the Education Project Director for CNVC.

Victoria Kindle Hodson

Victoria Kindle Hodson has a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in psychology. She has trained and worked in public schools, private schools, special education, parenting education, and communication skills development. Over the last 30 years, she has been coaching, writing, and conducting workshops for students, parents, and teachers. She is the co-author of Discover Your Child's Learning Style. Sura and Victoria live and work in Southern California and have been collaborating on writing projects and workshops for fifteen years. They are co-authors of The Compassionate Classroom: Relationship Based Teaching and Learning.
